Our properties are subject to a seasonal price tariff - meaning that travelling to Florida in the quieter months can work out to be very inexpensive.

Our price tariff is as follows, and all prices are for one week per property - not per person.

The Aveleigh Bungalow has a solar heated swimming pool; Whereas the Chevington House has additional pool heating at a cost of £85 per week. However, we stress that this is not usually required.

The minimum stay in our properties is for 1 week, and the prices for additional days are as follows:
