The Chevington House is a large two storey property, with lots of space both upstairs and downstairs. The neccessary air conditioning is installed and the temperature of the house can be raised or lowered at the flick of a switch.

The ground floor has two living areas, a dining room, a WC and kitchen, whilst the upstairs has all four large bedrooms plus one en-suite bathroom and a main bathroom.
