1. The arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and receipt of the booking fee is confirmation that the client understands, accepts and agrees these conditions.

2. The name "Atlas Holidays" refers to the proprietors, and their representatives and employees.

3. When booking, the client shall pay the specified deposits. When the booking is accepted by the company, the deposit will be retained and go towards the cost of the clients holiday. The company cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the receipt of the deposit and our confirmation of the same. An invoice will be sent 10 weeks before departure for the remaining balance. If the client requests the final payment to be made by credit card there will be an additional 2% charge.

4. The company reserves the right to alter or cancel any holiday arrangements, schedules or accommodation. If in any event the accommodation chosen cannot be provided for any reason beyond our control, before the departure date, the company undertakes to offer either alternative arrangements or a refund for the accommodation.

5. If clients should cancel the holiday, or the company cancels the arrangements due to clients failure to pay the balance within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied based on the following:

a. more than 60 days deposit only

b. 42 to 60 days 30%

c. 29 to 41 days 50%

d. Less than 29 days 100%

All cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date that your written cancellation reaches our office.

Insurance premiums (if applicable) are not refundable upon cancellation.

6. The company cannot accept liability for changes in facilities that may occur from time to time in the interim
period of booking to arrival.

7. The company cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage
And personal effects), delay, increased expenses or any other misadventure being incurred or suffered by clients as a result of the act or default of any company, firm or person concerned with the provision of the holiday arrangements who are not employed by us.

8. The company cannot be held responsible in any way if any cancellation or change by the company is brought by war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities or cancellation of air or sea services or any other events beyond the control of the company.

9. Persons / children under the age of 18 years are not acceptable unless accompanied by parent or adult.

10. On departure we request that outgoing clients vacate the accommodation by 11 a.m.

11. A security deposit is required, this will be advised at the time of booking and will be payable with the initial deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to the client after the holiday subject to any deductions for loss or damage, telephone use or excessive cleaning etc.

12. The client will be bound by the terms and conditions of any third party supplier of any part of the holiday package provided by the company (e.g. Car rental companies and flights etc.)
